Op zaterdag 21 oktober 2017 start de marathonschaatscompetitie voor de KPN Marathon Cup. Ook dit seizoen is het marathonschaatsteam Leontienhuis weer van de partij. CZB Groep ondersteunt dit marathonschaatsteam in het komende seizoen. Naast de wekelijkse wedstrijden voor de KPN Marathon Cup zal het team ook meedoen aan het KPN Open NK op de Weissensee.

Er zal verder worden deelgenomen aan natuurijswedstrijden, welke aangeduid staan onder de naam van KPN Grand Prix. Deze KPN Grand Prix natuurijswedstrijden worden verreden in januari 2018 op de Weissensee (Oostenrijk) en in februari 2018 in Lulea (Zweden). Wij wensen het team alvast veel sportief succes toe!
